Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced software professional to join our team as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing and developing industry-leading products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Node.js, and experience with full stack development. You will work closely with product stakeholders to define, design, and ship new applications and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Design and develop advanced applications utilizing JavaScript skills.
  • Implement AI-first features using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude).
  • Integrate and leverage AI development tools like Cursor and Copilot.
  • Provide estimates for features, bug fixes, upgrades, and new projects.
  • Document applications and custom-built frameworks clearly and concisely.
  • Write automated unit and feature tests enabling continuous delivery.

Required Experience:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of full stack engineering experience working on commercial software products and services.
  • 3+ years of JavaScript framework/library or Node.js, Express, and TypeScript experience.
  • Proven expertise in prompt engineering for various AI models.
  • Regular use of AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or others to streamline development is preferred.
  • A curiosity to explore how to improve workflow using AI.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming patterns.
  • Experience with scaling and performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of both relational and non-relational database systems.
  • High execution mindset while balancing risk vs costs vs timeline.
