Exciting opportunity to lead a collections team
Job Description:The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise the activities of the collections team, guiding and monitoring performance. Develop strategies to optimize collection processes and credit recovery, monitor performance indicators, and prepare management reports.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the collections team
- Develop strategies to optimize collection processes and credit recovery
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports
- Manage conflicts and negotiations with clients to ensure receipt of due amounts
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards related to collections
- Collaborate with other departments for continuous process improvement
- Proven experience in coordinating or supervising collections teams
- Knowledge of collection processes and legislation
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and collection management tools is desirable
- Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
