At Statkraft AS, we are seeking a highly skilled Dam Safety Expert to join our team in the South America region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients and stakeholders to ensure the safe operation of dams and catchment areas.

About the Job

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in dam engineering and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and guidance to our clients in the region, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and regulations.

You will work closely with our regional teams to develop and implement dam safety management systems, providing regular updates and reports on the condition of dams and catchment areas. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us identify and mitigate potential risks associated with dam operations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with significant experience in design, construction, and project development related to dam engineering and safety. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or other project software is also essential.
