About the Position:

As a Content Strategy and Curation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing innovative content strategies that cater to diverse audiences and stay ahead of global trends.

You will create engaging concepts aligned with airline markets and our brand strategy, and select high-quality content for in-flight entertainment systems.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of contractual obligations and maintain open communication with headquarters about customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conceptual content curation strategies considering targeted audiences, consumer behavior, and global content trends;
• Develop content concepts aligned with airline markets and our business strategy;
• Understand passenger profiles to tailor an effective content strategy;
• Sort and select content for various in-flight systems;
• Manage data insights to inform content curation decisions;
• Negotiate content licenses with distributors and creators;
• Lead special projects and propose innovation through strategic partnerships;
• Identify opportunities to enhance Inflight Entertainment platforms;
• Contribute to product development features focused on content management.

Requirements:

• Fluent English language skills;
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred);
• Experience in the airline or entertainment industry is an asset;
• Customer service experience is beneficial;
• Ability to deliver internal and external presentations;
• Strong leadership and project management skills;
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities;
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills;
• Clear and effective communication skills;
• Adaptability and a strategic mindset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Keynote.
