IT Resonance Inc is a leading SAP Solutions & Managed Services provider in the Midwest region (USA) and Asia with expertise in SAP. Our company has been providing SAP Implementation and Support services globally for over a decade.
The Role
You will be responsible for taking ownership of SAP financial processes and reporting tools, including the general ledger and relevant master data. Your goal will be to ensure these processes remain updated and relevant to the current reporting and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity across all financial systems and analytical tools
- Support financial closing activities
- Explore new solutions based on an understanding of existing processes and systems capabilities
- Collaborate with IT, Data teams, and other functions to provide functional expertise
- Provide assistance to ensure controls are in place for applications to ensure data integrity
- Liaise and develop relationships with senior stakeholders to consult on matters of data integrity and legacy systems support requirements
- Support related project preparation and validation in close coordination with regional teams
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- At least five years in data or financial systems, or similar roles and relevant industry experience
- Participation as a user or super-user in at least one full-cycle SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S4/HANA implementation experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance
- Demonstrated success in integrating data governance strategy into an SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation program
- Strong skills in cross-functional integration/relationships and program execution
- Ability to support large-scale change/projects and enterprise-wide transition management efforts
- Experience with related analytical tools & systems (e.g., BW, TM1, OneStream, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuous process improvement orientation
- Must have strong SAP FI Knowledge as a finance USER
- Understand activities and effort to support ongoing business data challenges
- Investigate where things break down with Data Flow
- Knowledge of SAP FICO (COPA)
- Will help with S/4 project work
- Ability to interact regularly with Finance leadership and user community
- Troubleshoot and flow back solutions to users
- SAP Superuser – not SAP Functional Consultant
