Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead High-Impact Workstreams: Drive analytical efforts across multiple products and business units, uncovering valuable insights that shape important initiatives.
  • Influence Executive Decisions: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and best practices.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with executives to identify opportunities, quantify risks, and establish metrics defining success.

Requirements:

  • 6+ Years of Experience in Analytical Roles
  • Expert-Level Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Data Visualization Tools
  • Data Storytelling Mastery: Build narratives, craft presentations, and defend recommendations to senior audiences.
  • Leadership and Mentoring Capabilities: Lead by example and develop team members' skills.
  • Ownership Mindset: Thrive in ambiguity, be resourceful, and hold yourself accountable for driving business outcomes.
