Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Growth Manager.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships and new business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets;
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent campaign goals and objectives;
  3. Identifying and acquiring new clients to expand our market share;
  4. Providing exceptional client service throughout the sales process, including prospecting, pitching, campaign proposals, account setup, optimization, troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting;
  5. Understanding key customer needs and developing trust-based solutions or improvements;
  6. Serving as a liaison between key customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly;
  7. Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of experience in roles such as key account manager, account manager in advertising platforms, performance specialist, or customer success manager in marketing technology;
  • Digital marketing knowledge, including running performance campaigns, attribution models, tracking pixels, MMPs, SDKs;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
  • Languages: English (required); Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint (required); Analytics, Tag Manager, MMPs (desirable).
