About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification or Application developer certification
