Tire Consultant and Balancer

As a technical expert in tire management, you will be responsible for providing expertise to customers on tire-related matters. Your tasks include operating equipment, supporting sales specialists, and conducting customer reports.

You will provide guidance to customers through measurements and data collection using alignment, balancing, and TMS system equipment. This will involve sending reports with instructions for best practices to the customer.

In addition, you will be responsible for providing training to the tire maintenance team and fleet vehicles through customer service. You will also issue warranty reports through analysis of products claimed by the customer.
