Registered Nurse- Home Health Visits">

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans">
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments">
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to clinical or client services manager">
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided">
">Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice">
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience">
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required">
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program">
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively">
  • Strong interpersonal skills">
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred">
