Credit Risk Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough credit analyses of medium and large clients, ensuring that our risk appetite aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth credit assessments of legal entities, individuals, and economic groups within your area of responsibility;
- Provide technical guidance to junior and senior analysts, supporting their professional development and case review;
- Develop and implement improvements in credit analysis processes, focusing on efficiency, governance, and best practices;
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and vendors, and support related areas, such as collections, with technical analyses that require in-depth credit knowledge;
- Manage the credit portfolio under your supervision, leading initiatives such as VRR, Add-ons, and RAC review;
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand markets, customers, and strategic programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, including DLL, GCRP, performance programs, and connection of key indicators with day-to-day activities of CRO areas (delinquency, PD, NPL, risk cost);
- Advanced knowledge of guarantees, financial products, economic indicators, and banking legislation.
- Two paid days a year for volunteering at a local charity;
