We are seeking a seasoned financial coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in cost management, investment analysis, and budgeting. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liderar os processos de planejamento, controle e análise de Opex e Capex;
  • Atuar como Business Partner das áreas corporativas;
  • Gerenciar o ciclo orçamentário (Budget, Forecast e Realizado);
  • Conduzir análises de viabilidade financeira de projetos e investimentos estratégicos;
  • Produzir relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;
  • Apresentar resultados para públicos executivos e C-Level;
  • Gerenciar e desenvolver equipe;
  • Interface com áreas de Controladoria, FP&A, Contabilidade e áreas de negócio;

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pós-graduação/MBA;
  • Experiência consolidada em Finanças;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação;
  • Vivência como Business Partner de áreas corporativas;
  • Domínio de Excel Avançado, SAP e Cognos;
  • Perfil analítico e colaborativo;
  • Inglês fluente;
