Job Description

This is a role for an experienced professional who will be responsible for managing and analyzing real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of real estate assets to improve profitability
  • Prepare reports and packages for renewals, closures, subleases, and lease terminations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Track lease expiration/renewal reports and ensure timely action on renewals and construction start dates
  • Collaborate with internal partners on strategic initiatives affecting real estate, including remodels and closures
  • Create and present detailed reports for senior management regarding asset performance and market conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-year College Degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Asset Management, Finance, or a related business field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary Range: Up to $95,470 per year
