As a DevOps leader, you will play a pivotal role in the development and operation of our cutting-edge Open Banking SaaS solution. We are partnering with a fintech to bring this innovative platform to the North American market.

We've built a state-of-the-art cloud-native solution that implements FDX APIs to facilitate Open Banking across various financial services institutions in North America. Our team will develop and run this high-performance solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Open Banking SaaS solution, ensuring seamless platform operation.
  • Provide regular management reporting and governance to our clients, facilitating transparency and trust.
  • Share Open Banking expertise and mentor our support team on workflows, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with developers and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth integration and operation of the platform.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions, demonstrating expertise in high-stakes environment management.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments, showcasing proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows, ensuring seamless data exchange and compliance.
  • Previous experience leading a support team, highlighting leadership and people management skills.
  • Successful experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications, emphasizing performance and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically change, release, and incident management, ensuring best practices in service management.

Nice to Have:

  • Open Banking experience, enabling deeper domain expertise.
  • Fluency in French (B2 or above), expanding language capabilities.
