Cloud Business Developer

About the Position:

The role of a Cloud Business Developer is to expand our portfolio in small and medium-sized businesses, handling complex customer relationships with ease. This involves bringing Google's services into SMB companies worldwide, ensuring customers receive a tailored experience from initial contact to full onboarding.

The position requires close collaboration with the Google Cloud teams to optimize existing customers' use of Google's suite of products. Our goal is to accelerate organizations' ability to digitally transform their business with the best infrastructure, platform, industry solutions, and expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing Google Workspace customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
  • Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to advocate for other Google Cloud products.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with sales/relationship management in the technology industry in a SaaS and/or cloud environment.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
- Understanding of the technology market.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Organizational and project management skills.
