Industrial Systems Specialist

Our organization is seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to plan, design, implement and manage efficient production systems.
Job Summary:
This role will involve implementing projects to eliminate waste through standard industrial engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement projects to reduce inefficiencies in the production process.
- Develop time standards for process steps to be used in productivity analysis.
- Collect and analyze data on industrial engineering metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate facility moves and optimize layout for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Gather data to support quote development and business growth initiatives.
- Coach and mentor engineers within the Industrial Engineering team.
- Support and maintain all lower-level Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities.
- Standardize processes throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze data.
- Proven record of successful change management accomplishments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
