Key Responsibilities

You will develop and deploy machine learning models that drive revenue through intelligent personalization.

Build systems that understand user preferences, optimize content discovery, and personalize experiences at scale.

  • Design and implement ranking algorithms that balance relevance, diversity, and revenue.
  • Deploy real-time personalization features with low latency requirements.
  • Analyze model performance against business key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building production machine learning systems.
  • Strong expertise in ranking algorithms, including collaborative filtering and deep learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with distributed computing and big data technologies.
  • Track record of shipping models that improve business metrics.

Education

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
