Commercial Director for Brazil

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director for Brazil to lead our business development efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a clear strategy for new business sales growth in Brazil, in line with our company's business plan.
The Commercial Director for Brazil will be responsible for delivering increased sales, revenue, and market share to all parts of the automotive marketplace, including Automotive, Leasing, Finance, and Banks, Retail, and Digital Marketplace, and Automotive Insurance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, with experience in product planning, pricing, and automotive retail. They will also have excellent presentation skills, a motivational and confident personal style, and the ability to form open and bi-lateral relationships based on trust, integrity, and respect at all levels of an organization.
The Commercial Director for Brazil will report to the Regional Director for Latin America and will be responsible for ensuring that our sales structure is optimized to deliver revenue and resources within the allocated market.
The successful candidate will be a hunter with successful prospecting experience selling to C-suite/ executive management, and will have a strong track record of delivering new business opportunities and articulating future propositional development opportunities into the company.
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
The Commercial Director for Brazil will be responsible for ensuring that our sales platform is effective and that we are able to deliver customer satisfaction targets. They will also be responsible for providing clear and accurate forecasting of all renewal, new business, and growth opportunities for Brazil.
