  • Train operators on equipment usage
  • Solve technical problems and perform maintenance in the field
  • Control inventory of instruments in their area of operation
  • Work in confined spaces when necessary
  • Support customers with technical guidance and recommendations for improvement
  • Document and follow up on issues until resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on ISC products
  • Act as a technical reference point for clients and sales teams

  • Experience in field services, instrumentation or technical support
  • Knowledge of networks, MS Office, IP addressing and technical software
  • Ability to work independently and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability for travel and work in different environments
  • Must reside in Itaguaí (RJ) or nearby areas
