Agribusiness Credit Specialist

**About the Role:**
This is a key position within our organization where you will be working closely with our local credit team to identify, assess and mitigate credit risk across various business units.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain up-to-date watchlists and no-trade reports in our trading and credit systems,
- Collaborate with specialists and local credit managers on day-to-day tasks and reports,
- Analyze counterparty portfolios to highlight performance deviations and delays,
- Foster strong relationships with administrative, finance, and commercial teams,
- Perform visits to counterparties when necessary,
- Support key projects as required by the origination desk,
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Agronomy, or Law;
- Professional experience in credit risk assessment at agribusiness companies;
- Strong understanding of financial credit risk analysis for legal entities and origination collateral;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Key Skills:
Origination experience, knowledge of agribusiness sector, financial credit risk analysis, farmer assessments, Origination Collaterals (CPR, Fiduciary Lien, Mortgage), teamwork, and relationship-building.Original Language: en
