Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Google PPC Specialist to enhance our Paid Search team. Your primary goal will be to expand and optimize the paid media accounts of our clients, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition while increasing media expenditure through Google. You will be expected to showcase your expertise in Advertising and Marketing principles to devise the most efficient solutions. Clients will rely on your insights, creativity, and strategic thinking to realize their objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute detailed paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive user acquisition through Google Campaigns.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client brands to fully understand their needs, value propositions, and product offerings.
- Perform extensive market research to uncover strategic advertising opportunities, assess audience behavior, and analyze competitor strategies, providing vital insights for media buying and campaign optimization.
- Utilize tools such as Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Supermetrics to derive insights aimed at boosting client revenue month-over-month.
- Generate regular reports, including deck reports, audits, and dashboards, to quantify results and share insights.
- Establish advertising timelines for client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
- Craft and test engaging copy for Google campaigns to attract the target audience.
- Stay informed about audience preferences to proactively propose new campaign ideas.
- Identify emerging digital technologies, trends, and tools to share with leadership.
- Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a US agency or similar environment managing multiple clients with significant lead generation needs.
- Extensive experience with offline conversions, including platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, and optimizing for lower-funnel events.
- Strong focus on KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER).
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and communicate areas for KPI improvement.
- High proficiency in English.
- Experience in sectors such as Mortgage, Insurance, Solar, and B2B Lead Generation is essential.
- Proven track record in driving inbound calls and utilizing call tracking tools.
- Experience managing affiliate campaigns is a significant advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail in copywriting.
- Strong understanding of UTM string structuring and campaign tracking.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Strong collaborative skills in a team setting.
- Integrity, optimism, and respect are essential values.
- Willingness to operate within Central Standard Time timezone.
