Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and exceptional communication skills.

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, strategy, and business stakeholders to create the project plan, monitor progress, and highlight blockers, to ensure successful delivery of innovative AI solutions.

This role is responsible for designing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing projects on time. This includes monitoring progress and performance against the project plan, taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays, developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, conducting meetings and preparing reports to communicate the status of the project, and making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent organization and planning skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlines
  • Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices, and patterns
  • Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Agile Tracking tools, such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or Jira
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Planner / Project
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare

This job requires occasional travel to training or meetings.

The scheduled weekly hours are 40.

The pay range is $104,000 - $143,000 per year.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
