Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at SC Johnson. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll, ensuring timely processing and compliance to standard payroll processes of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data transfer and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Support payroll software upgrades and ensure system updates are implemented as per legal and statutory requirements.
  4. Address employee concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Drive process improvement and commonality across supported countries.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
  2. Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned countries.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel) and ideally having worked with multiple technologies (e.g., HRIS System, Workday, SAP).
  4. 2-4 years payroll experience.
Preferred Experiences and Skills
  1. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  2. Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance.
  3. Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
Job Requirements
  1. Full-Time
  2. Remote work available once a week for eligible employees.
  3. This role is not eligible for relocation.
