Our organization is seeking a seasoned financial leader to assume the role of Site Controller. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit & collection, and tax requirements in accordance with internal control procedures and relevant laws.
  • Represent the company in fiscal and customs matters.
  • Develop and manage treasury and cash flow forecasts, including financial and investment needs.
  • Directly oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including credit policies and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for local and international accounts.
  • Prepare and issue regular reports according to corporate and division requirements.
  • Establish annual budgets and conduct regular business reviews, analyzing market trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing business results, orders, backlog, headcount compensation, product line margins, budget expense analysis, investments analysis, and cost reduction projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial, tax, and legal records, ensuring proper insurance coverage for company assets.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
