About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Mid-Level Social Media Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at The 8Agency. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for transforming data into valuable insights that drive business growth and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: You will work with data exports and modeling to extract deep insights into consumer behavior, trends, and the performance of our social media campaigns.
  • Engagement Strategies: You will assist the Strategy team with insights and best practices that resonate with the target audience, making data-driven decisions and improving results for our clients.
  • Metrics and Results: You will monitor relevant KPIs, measuring the impact of our actions and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
  • Monitoring and Crisis Management: You will be responsible for monitoring online conversations and identifying business opportunities.
  • Reports and Presentations: You will prepare analytical and qualitative reports, presenting the results clearly and concisely to the team and clients.
  • Social Listening: You will build queries and Boolean terms to monitor online conversations and identify business opportunities.
  • Tools and Technologies: You will master tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Sprinklr to extract, analyze, and visualize data, as well as the native platforms of each of the brand's main channels.
  • Report Production: You will prepare periodic reports with recommendations based on the collected data.
  • Trend Research: You will stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, using tools such as Sprinklr and Google Trends.
Requirements
  • Experience in Data Analysis and BI: You will have solid experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence, with a focus on social data.
  • Deep Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools: You will have deep knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Sprinklr.
  • Experience in Monitoring KPIs: You will have experience in monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Communication Skills: You will be able to communicate complex insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proactivity and Teamwork: You will be proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Language Skills: Desirable: Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish.
