Accounting Advisory and Financial Reporting Expert

This is a key role for a seasoned accounting professional with expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and technical accounting matters.

  • Technical Accounting Advisory Services: Provide guidance on IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist in advisory engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams with regulatory compliance, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Technical Research: Conduct research on technical accounting issues and provide recommendations for best practices.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist in M&A transactions by supporting purchase accounting, due diligence, and post-merger financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and accounting processes.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior professionals, ensuring quality service delivery and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Big Four accounting firms, audit, and accounting advisory services, as well as exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, SaaS, retail, and professional services.
