Main Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues from Salesforce and Slack
  • Provide exceptional support to teammates and report updates, problems, and outages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services
Requirements
  • Advanced English reading and writing skills
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Hubspot, and Salesforce
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and customer support
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries
