DevOps Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a DevOps specialist.

  • Establish strategic internal communications and community management initiatives.
  • Plan, edit, and create content for various internal communication channels.
  • Moderate social media channels and define tone of voice in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Communicate organizational initiatives and projects effectively to employees.
  • Develop creative and engaging content and initiatives to enhance internal employee communication.
  • Execute internal events, such as town halls and talks with leaders.
  • Moderate internal collaboration channels, defining policies to facilitate conversation among employees.
  • Advise the marketing team on executing endomarketing actions and collaborate with HR for internal activations.
  • Monitor, measure, and present internal communication efforts.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • A graduate or student degree in communication, marketing, or related fields.
  • Expertise in social media moderation.
  • Knowledge in copywriting and content edition.
  • CRM tools management (desirable).
  • Experience in the IT industry (desirable).
  • An advanced English level.
