Key Financial Role:

The Senior Finance Analyst will serve as a key member of our financial team, responsible for providing support in finance, fiscal, and accounting routines. This includes coordinating with local management to ensure seamless operations.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support sales teams in customer record maintenance, receipt deadlines, contract management, sales orders, bookings, backlogs, and supervise outsourced activities related to suppliers' registration, accounting, results calculation, and tax calculation.
  • Manage administration activities in contracts for service provision, both in relation to business lines and office demands.
  • Support business units in result analysis, financial projections, sales, costs, and cash flow.
  • Manage financial activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain good banking relationships, and implement KPIs that support business management from a financial perspective.

  • Sales and Service Teams
  • Third parties for Financial, Fiscal, and Legal Support

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economy.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in a Financial or Fiscal analyst environment and/or related Businesses.
  • Extensive knowledge in finance, accounting, and controllership routines.
  • Intermediate level in English.
  • Experience and ability to effectively collaborate with local and global teams.
