Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building web applications using modern technologies and frameworks, such as React and Next.js.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software systems.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on both server-side and client-side components.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree or higher is a plus.
- Intermediate (2-3 years) to Senior (5+ years) level experience in software development.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of server-side components vs. client-side components.
- Excellent communication skills and intermediate to fluent English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Svelte or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
