About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional assistance to members, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Community Management: Foster a sense of community among members, organizing events and activities that promote collaboration and networking.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing member records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with members, ensuring they are informed about center events, promotions, and services.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • Language Skills: B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
