Senior Engineering Manager, Emerging Countries Infrastructure

We seek an exceptional engineering leader to oversee the last mile operations in Brazil, managing comprehensive Design, Project, and Process Engineering.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a diverse team of 6 engineers
- Drive engineering execution in Brazil
- Manage delivery of 30+ annual projects resulting in 50+ individual site modifications
- Interface with senior customers and stakeholders to align regional needs with global strategies
- Drive infrastructure development from planning through to execution
The Emerging Countries Engineering team innovates and scales best in class processing infrastructure for logistics business. The team combines local presence with central/WW development of long term solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Engineering leadership experience
- Track record of scaling engineering organizations across multiple geographies
- Experience managing complex programs across diverse stakeholder groups
- Background in logistics, supply chain or related processing infrastructure development
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing multicultural teams
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Educational degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- MBA or post graduate technical degree
- Experience in emerging countries
- Multi-lingual capabilities
- Previous experience with major logistics operators
