### Job Title: Pre-Live Trader

### Job Summary

As a Pre-Event Trader at Pacifica Continental, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class sports offering to our customers. You will be researching and analyzing data, odds compiling, and risk management of various domestic and international Soccer leagues.

### Key Responsibilities

* Compile odds both manually and automatically using automated data feeds
* Effectively manage risk of Soccer events to achieve optimum pre-event margin
* Profile customers both overall and on a bet-by-bet basis
* Improve the performance of trading tools
* Ensure delivery of a comprehensive industry-leading sports offering
* Develop and manage data-driven, analytical tools for odds creation
* Monitor competitors' offers and products, providing insight and suggestions for increased competitiveness
* Identify risks and take necessary actions to eliminate or minimize risks

### Requirements

* Working experience in a relevant position is a plus
* Enthusiasm for soccer with a strong interest and knowledge
* Good understanding of sports odds
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Data and customer-focused mindset
* Ability to cope with a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel skills
* Can-do attitude and team player
* BSc in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Economics
* Advanced level of English
* 100% on-site presence in Sao Paulo
