About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes in our ECS Private Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the key contact for all topics around ECS onboarding phase, ensuring a successful landscape transition into SAP RISE.
  • Collaborate with extended teams (commercial, operations, product support, among others) to onboard customers into the cloud.
  • Manage system landscape provisioning, application installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Perform project management for all ECS Delivery Projects.
  • Act as the main interface to the customer project team to ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate IT Project Management Competences.
  • Strong business acumen plus technology/solution background.
  • Process affinity and strong process orientations.
  • Profound IT backend technology experience.
  • Experience in performing system owner related tasks.
  • Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Actively manage project escalations.
  • Experience in managing SAP release upgrades.
Preferred Skills
  • Good understanding of SAP Cloud solutions.
  • SAP Basis Lead with strong knowledge and hands-on experience (desirable).
  • Network knowledge related to Hyperscalers such as Google, AWS, Azure (desirable).
  • Datacenter migration experience (desirable).
