Senior Golang Software Engineer Leader

We seek a skilled Senior Golang Software Engineer to lead our software development team. This individual will oversee the technical direction of Go-based projects and ensure the delivery of robust, efficient software solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering culture and grow your team by promoting innovation and collaboration.
  • Review and contribute to code using best practices to balance new features with existing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and release MVPs.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Golang.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Expertise in Design Patterns and advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices and large-scale applications development.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advanced understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Strong leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English.
