As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing road safety and reducing risks across our fleet. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

  • Conduct a comprehensive fleet-wide road safety gap analysis, providing actionable recommendations for short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Participate in all motor vehicle incidents, both work-related and non-work-related, to ensure a thorough understanding of the challenges we face.

Collaborate with our Community Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility teams to develop and implement road safety awareness programs for the community and local government units.

  • Verify the effectiveness of gap analysis actions and provide detailed learnings for fleet-wide reference and implementation.
  • Share best practices and the effectiveness of all controls and barriers installed or implemented.
  • Collaborate with CRCD and LGUs to discuss improvements and gather feedback on our road safety initiatives.

Provide data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) on road transport-related incidents and activities.
