Senior Global Clinical Trials Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead global clinical trials and contribute to the development of groundbreaking treatments and therapies.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of global clinical trial activities, from planning and execution to close-out.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop trial protocols, study plans, and strategies.
- Monitor trial progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including selection, oversight, and performance evaluation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in sponsor meetings, investigator meetings, and bid defense meetings as a key contributor.
- Experience: Minimum 4.5 years of experience for consideration at the Senior CTM level. Global trial management experience is required, with a strong focus on the US and Canada.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a health, life sciences, or other relevant field, required.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex or global clinical trials. Experience in coaching and mentoring other CTMs, leading teams, and contributing to departmental initiatives. Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
