  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with product owners to develop architecture plans, including database models and project timelines.
  • Perform functional analysis of user requirements, acting as a liaison between clients and the development team.
  • Lead teams to achieve objectives within set deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Oversee human resources activities, including interview processes and talent acquisition.
Key Requirements

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 6+ years of practical experience in Python and Django development.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • 3 years of experience with other programming languages.
  • Strong skills in XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with OOD design principles.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
