Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into well-scoped user stories and epics.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog with at least 3–4 sprints of groomed features.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Owning the product roadmap and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Monitoring team performance and velocity, identifying blockers and facilitating solutions.
  • Ensuring sprint commitments are met, and delivery timelines are realistic and transparent.
  • Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product/Project Manager role, preferably in Agile environments.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder communications.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
