Experienced recruiter sought for a challenging role in the Swedish IT industry.

Sweden's need for skilled engineers is growing, with approximately 30,000 needed by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Currently, there are around 200 open positions for software engineers with clients in Sweden.

This role involves finding talented engineers willing to relocate to Sweden, where living standards are high and offer numerous benefits. Building trust with potential candidates will be key to success, supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.

The relocation process will be handled by a dedicated team, providing visa, work permits, tickets, and housing arrangements for consultants.

Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Collaboration with colleagues in multiple locations worldwide will be essential, as well as a passion for helping engineers and their families build new careers and lives in Sweden.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or technical roles, preferably in the IT sector.
  • A strong network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to find optimal solutions.
  • High-quality performance and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting principles and interest in IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with contemporary IT technologies and methods, with the ability to learn new concepts.
  • Analytical and organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Confident, happy, social, friendly, and self-motivated individual.
  • Durable and persistent, with resilience to handle rejection and enthusiasm for success.
  • Passionate about achieving results, with a relaxed yet professional attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.

Benefits and Terms
  • Full-time position with a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months engagement.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation at 1:1 in flexible format.
