Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled E-mail Deliverability Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the health and integrity of our email deliverability processes, proactively applying industry best practices, and disseminating key information to customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing trends and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize email delivery performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall email deliverability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science).
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of email technology, including SMTP, MTAs, and IP strategies.
- Strong understanding of email analytics systems, including Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
