As a senior operations leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across multiple aspects of the business. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability metrics, implementing operating programs, and fostering a culture of high performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a proactive approach to driving business results. In addition, they should be an energetic and dynamic leader with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations roles, including restaurant management/Multi-Unit management
  • Bilingual skills - Portuguese and English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience from order to delivery
  • Experience in training, coaching, and holding operations accountable for executing the operating system and delivering brand standards
