We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with expertise in Contracting technologies to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus.
Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM, and DocuSign architecture needs.
- Be the chief technology expert for all these applications.
