Job Summary

The Hr Admin And C&B Manager will be responsible for managing employee data, benefits, and compensation packages. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and other employment laws
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
