Role Overview
Oversees service operations for clients to guarantee the efficient and prompt provision of equipment, personnel, and services necessary for operational execution while ensuring contract profitability. Acts as the primary operational and technical liaison for the customer, supporting ongoing initiatives.Key Responsibilities
Strategically plan, manage, and coordinate designated projects typically encompassing engineering, procurement, refurbishment, and installation contracts. May oversee projects that involve multiple sites and/or remote locations. Administers the detailed commercial agreements, timelines, risks, and financial outcomes of the project to deliver high-quality products and services punctually. Serves as the single point of contact and information source for both internal and external stakeholders concerning contracts, operations/equipment/FST preparation, and field activities. Accountable for ensuring that service agreements, rental contracts, supplier/vendor orders, and IC orders are executed and managed according to TFMC standards, and supervises the SAP order entry/control function for demand creation, invoicing, and order management. Acts as the customer-facing representative for drilling/installation operations, hotshot manufacturing, mobilization (Equipment & FST status), and workshop orders, thus must assist the customer throughout these processes to achieve their success. Responsible for ensuring that internal reporting (financial, legal, project status, etc.) is accurately completed and that operations can successfully undergo TFMC internal or external audits. Independently manage more varied and complex tasks without direct supervision to meet expectations effectively. Participate in internal and external customer meetings on-site and, if necessary, prepare and deliver technical presentations to meet their requirements. Oversee contract costs versus revenues, including the management of customer POs, VORs, and invoicing. Facilitate the creation of FNCRs, drive the closure of FNCR actions and RCA, and implement MOCs when necessary, in alignment with TFMC Quality and HSE standards.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A minimum of 7 years' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in a relevant role (Service Technician, Field Engineer, WH and XT Engineer/System Engineer/Project Engineer), with at least 1 year of field experience. Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in Project Management.Skills
