About the Role

The Process Architecture Specialist is essential in crafting both logical and physical frameworks for process modeling systems. This role ensures that technological solutions align with business objectives, with a focus on operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance with the Architecture Framework and Tools.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Architecture Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Consultation: Offer expert guidance on process modeling tools such as Signavio and ARIS to create visual representations of business workflows.
  • Product Assessment: Analyze and select tools that meet business requirements and align with organizational strategies.
  • Roadmap Development: Formulate and oversee a technical roadmap for product implementation at a corporate level, integrating new technologies into team support.
  • System Design: Spearhead the design and maintenance of technology systems that meet business needs, prioritizing operational reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Data Architecture: Establish suitable data sources and architectural frameworks to support business processes and analytics.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide the technical direction of the team and mentor team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Delivery teams to define technical user stories and prioritize enabling tasks.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors to influence system implementation strategies, roadmaps, and features.
Candidate Profile

We seek a Process Architecture Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in process mapping, data analytics, process enhancement, business analysis, or a related discipline. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Tools & Software: Proficient in process modeling tools like ARIS and Signavio.
  • Programming: Skilled in programming languages such as Python.
  • IT Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of IT platforms, particularly cloud technologies.
  • Data Integration: Experience with APIs and data connections to various IT systems, including network and firewall configurations.
  • Process Improvement: Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning applications.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in a global corporate environment and working across diverse teams.
  • Innovation: Proven ability to innovate and proactively develop new solutions and enhance existing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of key processes such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in BPMN, data engineering, cloud computing, or specific tools and technologies.
