As the International Trade Specialist, you will become an integral part of our team, focusing on international trade operations. Your role will involve overseeing daily import/export functions, ensuring compliance with global trade standards, and streamlining processes across various departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Compliance Management: Guarantee adherence to both local and international trade regulations, manage special customs procedures, and ensure timely and precise documentation. Documentation Oversight: Assess and validate import/export paperwork, maintain comprehensive databases, and ensure compliance with customs mandates. Global Logistics Coordination: Monitor shipments, manage delivery timelines, and update import/export controls as necessary. Operational Enhancement: Revise procedures, identify areas for improvement, and promote operational excellence. Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to facilitate seamless export operations and enhance performance. Performance Analysis: Evaluate trade operation key performance indicators and oversee financial reporting.Qualifications :
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields. Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in international trade operations, particularly in logistics and customs. Communication Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with customs regulations in Brazil, including necessary certifications and licensing processes. Documentation Proficiency: Expertise in trade documentation and logistics management. Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building abilities. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Team Player: Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. Detail-Oriented: A focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in trade operations.
