As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering the latest technology infrastructure, transformative software solutions, and industry-leading global security for our staff and clients. You'll work with the best in the world to design, implement, and strategize IT, security, application development, innovation, and solutions in today's hyperconnected world.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Networking (LAN/WAN & Security) and a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering required; Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet Certifications FCNSA, FCNSP, and ITIL preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support on network outages and projects, ensuring daily network activities meet defined SLAs.
  • Offer troubleshooting support to maintain all network systems and monitor them proactively to minimize production downtime and achieve SLAs.
  • Conduct InfoSec activities and ID management of Voice devices daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to ensure compliance with zero deviations.
  • Execute day-to-day network activities as part of Incident management and Change management processes to handle end-user requests within defined SLAs.
  • Evaluate new and emerging technologies and suggest ways to add value to existing infrastructure.
  • Author and deliver network-related documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors, server, voice, and desktop support teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Networking (LAN/WAN & Security)
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet Certifications FCNSA, FCNSP, and ITIL
  • Demonstrable experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Fortigate UTM, and implementation experience of these devices
  • Deep knowledge with proven expertise of Cisco, Fortigate, Brocade networking products, Load balancers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, UTMs, Wifi(Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba), maintaining, and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in networking concepts such as IPLCs, Leased Lines, MPLS, TI/T3/E1, VoIP, VPN tunnels etc.
  • Proficient configuring WAN links, VLANs, and protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, RIP etc.
  • Solid background in network security from the desktop level to the network gateway and perimeter level
  • Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting WAN protocols such as BGP, OSPF, RIP etc. and security mechanisms such as IPSec/AES/3DES/SSL
