Lead Data Scientist - AI/ML Engineer

Seeking a Lead Data Scientist to spearhead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and AI solutions. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale machine learning models in production environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms using Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Develop data pipelines for efficient data processing and storage, ensuring high-quality data is available for training and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to model performance and deployment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical personnel.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a senior AI/ML engineer with a proven track record of solving real-world problems.
  • Proficient in Python programming language and proficient in at least one deep learning framework.
  • Deep understanding of data and data pipelines, including experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and MLOps best practices.
