Procurement Manager

At Kimberly-Clark Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate critical business projects, including innovation initiatives, cost transformation, and business continuity solutions.
- Act as a liaison between procurement and business stakeholders, ensuring strategy deployment and providing insights to strategic operating reviews.
- Manage global, regional, and local senior business stakeholders to ensure alignment to business unit goals.
- Serve as an escalation point for procurement topics related to Brazil operations, including supplier issues and opportunities.
- Maintain effective business relationships with suppliers and stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
- Manage a team of specialists who will be the first point of contact with business functions and support strategy implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement across the procurement organization.

About You:We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional who can drive business growth and deliver exceptional results. You will need a bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience working in a consumer goods industry. Prior people management experience and experience in increasingly broader procurement and supply chain roles are highly desirable.
